Ask your account executive. We assess feasibility and propose an equivalent alternative in points: specific training, technology solutions, specialist equipment, mobile devices, laptops or any other operational need of your EHS function or your company.
The points belong to the client company. If you decide to allocate them internally to your employees, your company sets how that allocation works.
Yes. They are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, and expired points cannot be reactivated.
At least 30 calendar days in advance, unless stated otherwise. Before confirming, we check the location, number of participants, technical scope and any special requirements; all redemptions are subject to availability.
No. Redemptions are made with the full number of points required, with no mixed payments. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you cancel less than 7 calendar days in advance, the points are forfeited. With more notice you can reschedule, subject to availability.
